Rawnola Pancakes.jpg

I can’t think of a better way to start the morning off than with a stack of these RAWNOLA Banana Cakes🍌🍌

If you recall in a previous blog post I shared a delicious Raw granola recipe. Well I didn’t want to let the fun stop there so I decided to top my pancakes with the RAWNOLA as well 😱total game changer! I’m convinced this is the way to enjoy pancakes now 😋👌

These cakes are completely Plant Based, Gluten Free and extremely satisfying to the taste buds. -
Wake your honey up with these cakes

RAWNOLA Banana Stack🍌🍌

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 medium banana
3 1/2 tbsp nut milk of choice
pinch of sea salt
2 tsp of coconut palm sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon

1. In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork, add the other ingredients and stir with a whisk until just combined
2. Spoon some of the batter (I use 1/3 cup batter) in your hot skillet and cook on low to medium heat from both sides until golden brown.

Amazing how a few simple, real-food ingredients can come together to make something absolutely delicious 😍🙏

No baking, just a few simple ingredients and completely GF, Plant Based! Not to mention, incredibly tasty😋

I love this Raw Granola because not only can you eat it alone as a mid day snack but also on top of smoothie bowls, coconut/almond yogurt or even better on pancakes which I’ll be sharing with you soon! Bookmark this one as a staple in your meal prep for when sweet cravings arrive.

Btw, this is not a crunchy granola. It's soft, with a chewy texture that I’m a huge fan of personally. If you want a little crunch, feel free to throw in some extra nuts or seeds of your choice. Check it out! 👇👇

half a cup GF rolled oats
6 pitted Medjool dates
¼ cup coconut flakes or shredded coconut
2 tsp of coconut sugar crystals
1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds or any nut/seed you like!

Chop your dates and then soak in warm water for 10-15 minutes to create a softer consistency.
After soaked, drain, add to large mixing bowl. Blend remaining ingredients.
Combine, and enjoy!
Can be stored in fridge for 7 days!
