Amazing how a few simple, real-food ingredients can come together to make something absolutely delicious 😍🙏

No baking, just a few simple ingredients and completely GF, Plant Based! Not to mention, incredibly tasty😋

I love this Raw Granola because not only can you eat it alone as a mid day snack but also on top of smoothie bowls, coconut/almond yogurt or even better on pancakes which I’ll be sharing with you soon! Bookmark this one as a staple in your meal prep for when sweet cravings arrive.

Btw, this is not a crunchy granola. It's soft, with a chewy texture that I’m a huge fan of personally. If you want a little crunch, feel free to throw in some extra nuts or seeds of your choice. Check it out! 👇👇

Ingredients:
half a cup GF rolled oats
6 pitted Medjool dates
¼ cup coconut flakes or shredded coconut
2 tsp of coconut sugar crystals
1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds or any nut/seed you like!

Instructions:
Chop your dates and then soak in warm water for 10-15 minutes to create a softer consistency.
After soaked, drain, add to large mixing bowl. Blend remaining ingredients.
Combine, and enjoy!
Can be stored in fridge for 7 days!
