Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
One of my favorite things to do for my friends & guests is make them healthy eats 😋
A few nights ago I made Buffalo Cauliflower wings, they we're surprisingly really good! They were super tasty, fairly easy to make and healthier than the greasy ones you might usually eat.😜
1 cup of Garbonzo Bean Flour
1 Cup of water
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 Head of Cauliflower, cut into florets
1/2 Cup of Organic Buffalo Sauce (if you can't find one, Franks Buffalo is a good option)
3 Tbsp Coconut Oil
PREHEAT oven to 450 degrees
Mix together flour, water, salt, and garlic powder in a large bowl and stir until smooth. Add Cauliflower and stir gently until the florets are evenly coated with batter.
Arrange Cauliflower in a single layer on a lightly oiled, large baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until golden
Combine sauce and melted coconut oil and pour evenly over Cauliflower.
Bake an additional 10 mins or until Cauliflower begins to crisp.
